Earth Day Letter from the CEO

For Resource Innovations, Earth Day is more than a date on the calendar, it’s a reminder of why we exist. As a women-led and impact-driven organization, we're shaping a more flexible, equitable, and decarbonized energy future. And our purpose has always been clear: To lead the clean energy transition with bold solutions that meet the urgency of our time.

This purpose is the very essence of Earth Day, which calls on us to take meaningful action for a healthier, more sustainable planet.

When I founded Resource Innovations in 2016, I believed that the benefits of a healthier, more sustainable planet should be available to everyone, not just those who can afford them. Leading the clean energy transition means putting equity at its core. This belief shapes every program we build, every partnership we forge, and every solution we deploy. It lives in our four pillars: climate change, equity, innovation, and scale and impact.

Our commitment shows up in everything we do—from advancing energy efficiency and decarbonization to championing workforce equity and creating positive change for our people, communities, and clients.
